Thank you for shopping with Sit Alone. Each of our chairs is handcrafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we kindly request you read our refund policy carefully.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and we cannot accept cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

Since all our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
– The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
– You report the issue within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof.
In such cases, we will repair, replace, or refund the product based on the nature of the issue.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are covered by Sit Alone only for damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange the pickup or provide instructions.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
